Download the App either from the relevant App Store for IOS or Android devices. Creating an account and purchasing a subscription will provide you with Access to the Fumigator Portal where you can then create fumigator logins for the Mobile App.

Dashboard for Fumigators

This is provided with your Subscription to the FumConX Mobile Device App. Once you have an account activated you can access the Portal and create your fumigator logins for the FumConX Mobile Device App. Click the Image above to access the Dashboard Login.

Dashboard for Clients

Once your fumigation provider is setup with a FumConX Account, you will be able to request an account application and start accessing the Client Portal to setup your company and site for fumigations. Click the Image above to access the Dashboard Login.

Q: I am a export packing site and need to create fumigation certificates from a third party fumigation company, do I need a FumConX Subscription to access the Client Portal?

A: No, but your fumigator does. Once they have an account they can send a request via the Fumigator Dashboard to our accounts team who will then contact you with the relevant account application documentation.



Q: I am a export packing site and need to create fumigation certificates from our own on-site fumigators, do I need a FumConX Subscription to access the Client Portal?

A: Yes, but you do not need a Client Account for access to the dashboard. Once you have created your account via the relevant App Store, you can access all the document creation functions from your fumigators dashboard and to print your own Fumigation Certificates.



Q: As a client using the Dashboard, can I send a request to a third party fumigator or one of our own onsite company fumigators?

A: No, as an onsite fumigator user you will only be able to see your own fumigators, fumigations and requests from clients . If you wanted to use third party fumigators then you will need dual logins, one for your fumigators and one as a Client to send third party fumigation requests. There are no additional costs for setting this up, so if you need this option contact our sales team or fill in the 'ask a silly question' form below.



Q:  What if I have more than 4 fumigators in my company, do I need to purchase 2 subscriptions?

A: Send a message to our sales team below with your phone number and we will contact you to discuss. In most cases we can pro rata the additional fumigators to your subscription if they are in the same company. If you have 2 different company names (different logos for each) then it will be additional subscriptions.



Q:  As a client, I can see the fumigation data but I can't edit any of it, why?

A: The data belongs to the fumigator and only the fumigator or fumigation company admin can edit their data. There are limitations to what can be changed so it is important that the client sends accurate requests in the first instance and the fumigator checks the data at each stage of the fumigation before submitting.



Q:  I can see that there are fumigated Tonnes left in a storage even though it is physically empty, can I use this 'paper' stock?

A: No, the App can only account for storages based on a specific volume of storage area and a grain bulk density of 78kg/hL. If you have physically used the stock from the storage you need to check the 'Storage Empty' selection once the last container has been allocated. If you use more than the physical amount you may have issues if an audit for storage stock delivery is conducted.
